Project under development, with the following works:

• Extension of the old body with 3 new sections, attached to the rear facade
• Refunctionalization of the building according to the flows and needs of each medical department in the old body
• Structural rehabilitation of the building as a result of changes in gaps and the creation of new ones due to ventilation and air conditioning installations
• Restoration of the roof type
• Restoration of interior and exterior finishes
• Thermo and waterproofing of the building
• Compliance of the building with all quality requirements according to law 10-1995, imposed by category of importance B - special
• Restoration / modernization of interior installations and endowment of the building with the necessary equipment

Exterior works: networks and landscaping for parking, pedestrian traffic and cars.
