Emergency Hospital ”DR. FOGOLYIAN KRISTOFF ”from Sfântul Gheorghe municipality, is one of the currently active projects of our company. Built on an area of 45,971 square meters, it is composed of two bodies. The old body, consisting of 2 sections, is the project that must be adapted to the new fundamental requirements and current design rules.
Thus, the following works were proposed: - Extension of the body with 3 new sections; - Refunctionalization and structural rehabilitation of the building; - Restoration of the roof and interior and exterior finishes; - Compliance of the building with all quality requirements according to law 10-1995; - Restoration / modernization of interior installations and endowment of the building with the necessary equipment; - Exterior works: networks and landscaping for parking, pedestrian and car traffic.
