Infrastructure: Isolated concrete foundations for the two main buildings, blocks and foundations for secundary structures (closing pillons and fire proof walls), with a suface of 2.40 m x 3.00 m (BxL);

The suprastructure is made of: For the main building, concrete prefabricated pillons and metal frames. For the secondary building, the whole structure is made of prefabricated concrete, in transversal and longitudinal frame system; The metall coverings are from bow metal, thermoisolated, and waterisolated on the roofs.

The project has an execution period of: 10 months

First phase – 12500 mp infrastructure, suprastructure, interior and exterior finishing.
