We are the ones who started everything. Everything that means Eren has founded and grew on our shoulders, beginning back when we were only eight people, who dared to make the first work, starting with an adze and a trowel. We wanted to prove we can build in a different manner; in a rather short period we quickly got close to success, the company counting today 10 times more employees, two divisions focused on specific activities and a representative project portfolio.

Who is in our team

The team are we, who work in industrial constructions, civil and industrial floors, reaching excellence in such activities, overcoming our limits every day. The personnel became qualified by using the latest technology, with a significant experience in managing standard technologies.

We are the foremen, engineers, steel-concrete workers, carpenters, masons, qualified workers that assemble dry gypsum cardboard plasters, tile, wallpaper or other workers with connected jobs who dedicate themselves to high quality works, to promoting the Eren quality and sustaining our team spirit. What we have extra is not only the incredible team that we have created, but also the equipments we work with, among which we mention Barikell and Tremix helicopters, Haulotte Compact auto elevating platforms, laser levels, Laser Screed Somero S240 machines, bulldozer lift loaders and other machines that aquire a nearly perfect execution. We work with our team and equipments every day.

INDUSTRIAL FLOORS

Generalities

The industrial floors are those surfaces on which different production process take place, storage, different types of industrial traffic. In order to exactly measure, considering quality and price, these floors, static calculation are made, based on real data from the construction sites, from the project manager or from the customer. As characteristics, these floors are very esthetic, being also available in colors, they are completed in a short time, are chemically resistant, abrasive also to the impact with heavy objects, they can have different types of finishing as polishing, semi polishing and imprinting. Another characteristic of these floors is the resistance to temperature variations. The solutions we offer make the work reach our clients’ expectation and maintain the quality and durability.

Floor types

Concrete floors with dried mortar (quartz) coverings, layer hardening, mineral aggregate mortar, synthetic or metallic aggregate.

The surfaces obtained with these types of floors, are ones of the most efficient surfaces considering t he report: quality/durability/price. These types of floors are recommended for production units (industrial halls, warehouses, hypermarkets, factories), in general for places with intensive activity and dense traffic, being extremely resistant to wear, mechanical shocks, but also very easy to maintain.

Exterior platforms, parking places, intensive traffic roads.

Using special concrete, with additives, helicopterized, we obtain non-skid surfaces, waterproof, using components that close the pores of the concrete, with sealed joints, all this leading to the endurance in time of these floors. The main negative feature of concrete, even if it is designed and built following strict criteria, is to absorb oils, liquids and hydrocarbons, transferring to the surroundings, in a continuous and irreversible mode, dust. In order to avoid this feature, waterproof substances are placed on the floor surfaces, that enter the concrete pores, crystallizing the concrete, hardening it and stopping the process of molecular disintegration and its splitting, assuring endurance.

CIVIL AND INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTIONS

We build for the future and we guarantee our clients the place they live in, the place they work in, the place where they create their products or the place they use for storage.

We make our clients’ homes, offices and production or storage areas. We offer different works according to the project requirements, as molding and concrete steel assembling, construction and usual molds set up made of Peri, Doka, Ulma or Meva panels, masonry, framings and roofs. We assemble interior and exterior plasters, Baumit thermo-isolated systems, decorative paintings, natural stone or ornamental bricks, sandstone and tile coverings, as well as gypsum cardboard ceilings and wall montage. We make small scale works, where we assemble certain parts of the project (foundations, concrete or steel structural strength, masonry, interior or exterior finishing) or large scale works, as General Entrepreneur, in which with our team we assemble the standard works, subcontracting activities we do not master.

We are specialized in earth moving, concrete structures, foundations and especially General Entrepreneurship, being those who get the field ready for our flooring colleagues, Eren Montage and Eren Install, when the complex projects require everybody’s presence.
